In 2023, Liling City, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province introduced 3 1 person of high-level professional and technical personnel from public institutions to the public. See the announcement for specific post conditions.

(1) qualification

1, has China nationality, abides by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), and has good conduct and professional ethics;

2. Have the professional or technical conditions required for the post, and have the qualifications such as academic qualifications, degrees, professional titles and majors required for the post;

3. The age is above 18 years old (born before June 1 2005), and the age with a master's degree is below 35 years old (born after June 1987). Some positions have further clear requirements for age, and so on.

4. Have other conditions required for the post (see Annex 1 for details).

5. Physical conditions that meet the post requirements;

(2) In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted:

1, a person who has been criminally punished or dismissed from public office for committing a crime;

2, has not yet lifted the party discipline, political discipline or is under disciplinary review;

3, suspected of illegal crime is under judicial investigation has not yet reached a conclusion;

4. In the open recruitment of public institutions at all levels, violation of the "Regulations on the Handling of Disciplinary Actions in Open Recruitment of Public Institutions" was recorded in the integrity file of candidates in open recruitment of public institutions, and the recording period was not full;

5. On-the-job staff of organs and institutions at all levels in Liling City, who have not reached the minimum service life and have not obtained the consent of the competent department;

6. Full-time non-2023 graduates in active service and ordinary colleges and universities (full-time non-2023 graduates who are studying cannot apply for undergraduate degrees, and so on in other cases);

7 laws, regulations and relevant policies shall not be employed as a national public official.
