College graduates outside the district must also bring the employment registration certificate or the original employment recommendation letter issued by the district education department.

(3) About the form of political examination

1. The political examination form must be original, with the opinions signed by the institution or service unit where the candidate graduated or the local police station or village (neighborhood) committee, and stamped with the official seal.

2. The political opinions must include specific contents such as the candidate's political performance in opposing separatism and safeguarding the reunification of the motherland and national unity. If the political examination form is only stamped with the official seal, and no opinions are signed, or the signed opinions are simple contents such as "qualified", "agreed", "agreed to recommend" and "the situation is true", it does not meet the requirements of political examination.

(4) About Employment Registration Certificate

1. Ordinary college graduates from colleges outside the district must hold the original employment registration certificate issued by the relevant departments or the original employment recommendation letter issued by the district education department.

2. Graduates from colleges and universities in the region (Tibet University for Nationalities, Tibet University, College of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of Tibet University, School of Finance and Economics of Tibet University, Tibet College of Tibetan Medicine, Tibet Police College, Tibet Vocational and Technical College, Lhasa Teachers College), volunteers for the Western Plan, "three supports and one support" personnel, full-time adult graduates and self-taught graduates do not need to provide employment registration cards or employment recommendation letters.
