Postal service is a sunset industry and its development is not optimistic.

1. The salary is low, and the annual income of ordinary employees in coastal cities is 30,000-40,000. If you are in a group company, that's another matter, otherwise ... the express delivery and the bank have been separated, with low income and high cost, and every employee has something to gain.

2. The old habits of state-owned enterprises are deeply rooted and cannot be improved in the short term, which greatly affects work enthusiasm and mood.

3. The workload is heavy, so it is common to work overtime voluntarily. Don't think that postal service is idle, that was before. In order to make profits, we have to support the old, the weak, the sick and the disabled, and 10% people have to bear 90% of the workload.

4. The development direction is similar to the insurance industry, and the business is distributed to individuals, with many kinds, such as red wine, moon cakes, warehousing, etc. Even if it is not implemented in some areas in the short term, imagine a few years later. Without apportionment, the products will not work, the income will not go up, and the employees will have no food. So in the long run, the development pressure is too great.

5. The future of e-commerce development is confused. The idea is good, but the gap between people and technical support is too big, so forward-looking projects can't be done, and the projects made are relatively backward (such as cash payment, which started a long time ago, but who will pay in cash in the future, cards and networks have become popular).

I don't know about ICBC, but if you choose postal service, don't think about corporate honor.
