Graduate degree or above, major in human resources, computer or information management in party member; 1-3 years experience in personnel work, familiar with the content of human resources module, engaged in human resources work in large enterprises or experienced in the construction and operation of human resources information system is preferred; Strong logical thinking ability, good communication and understanding ability; Serious and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism; Skilled in operating computer and various application software; Those who can accept foreign workers in the future are preferred.
