March 3 The large-scale equipment relocation in Japan has begun. Several trucks of goods and equipment are shipped from Chengdu every day. The hard-working boss made arrangements in Chengdu, and I organized the delivery of goods and installation of equipment in Huaikou. After the equipment is fully transported, it still needs to be installed and debugged as planned, which is very busy. Because the workshop is very large, nearly 100 meters in front and back, I have to walk back and forth dozens of times in the workshop, and have to run upstairs and downstairs. At the end of the day, I am so tired that I sometimes feel like I can’t even walk. After a busy day, the sky is full of stars. I lamented that it’s hard to find workers nowadays, the conditions are high, and there are still people who play at home all day and don’t want to go to work. I can't understand it. I don't know what young people think today.

Are we falling behind? In the past, when we went to work, we did not distinguish between the severity of the work and the level of remuneration. We only thought about our contribution to the country and the company. Now we only think about remuneration. I think it should be the result of marketization.

Official production will begin in April, with training of workers, debugging of equipment, and search for markets. Everything touches my heart and everything requires hard work. Since I have thirty years of work experience, this is not a problem for me, and I feel comfortable doing it and am relatively happy.

Production has returned to normal and employees have adapted. I started to think about the construction of corporate culture, designing the corporate logo, establishing the job responsibilities of each position in the company, straightening out the management relationships of the company, establishing a standardized management system, straightening out the production process, etc. There were so many things to do that I had no time at all during the day. I thought about it, and when I got home at night, I stayed by the computer again, thinking about every word and every sentence. The whole company was full of life and vitality, and I felt a little relieved.

Now, the company is basically operating normally. Standing in front of the window and looking out the window, spring will pass away. It has already arrived, late spring and early summer.
