The relevant public selection (transfer) matters are now announced as follows:

1. Publicly selected (transfer) teacher positions:

Enriched to Changdong No. 1 Middle East Teaching Point, Nanchang No. 3 Middle School Middle school teachers in the high-tech campus will be transferred through open transfers; primary school teachers who will be recruited to Nanchang Tongzi School and Aixihu No. 1 Primary School will be transferred through open transfers.

2. Principles for the open selection (transfer) of teachers:

4. Adhere to the principle of combining assessment and inspection.

3. The scope of open selection (transfer) of teachers:

The scope of teacher selection: primary school teachers on the job in the district who meet the registration requirements.

Scope of teacher transfers: On-the-job teachers who have returned to their original schools in the district from Macuo Middle School and Maciu Senior High School and meet the registration requirements.

4. Conditions for public selection (transfer) of teachers:

(1) Basic conditions

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws; support Chinese Communist Party Party leaders, with good ideological quality, love for the teaching profession, conscientiously implement educational policies, abide by teachers' professional ethics, and have good conduct; emancipate the mind, be realistic and innovative, have the spirit of hard work, hard work and dedication; be physically and mentally healthy, and comply with the "Jiangxi Province Application for Teacher Qualifications" 2. The selected teachers should be under 45 years old (issued after July 1, 1970); the transferred teachers should be under 48 years old (issued after July 1, 1967) );

(2) Educational qualifications and qualifications

(3) Those who have any of the following circumstances will not be able to participate in the public selection (transfer) of primary and secondary school teachers in the district:

1. Are under investigation by the judicial authorities or the disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities. Investigation;

2. Subject to party discipline and political discipline;

3. Subject to criminal punishment by judicial authorities;

4. Violation of family planning policy;

5. The spouse or immediate family member is already working in the school where the transfer is requested;

6. The sick leave exceeds 15 days (inclusive) without the approval of the education department;

7. Returning to work after being suspended without pay for less than 2 years (inclusive).

5. Procedures for public selection (transfer) of teachers:

The selection and transfer of teachers shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of registration, preliminary qualification review, written examination, interview, assessment, inspection, public announcement, and transfer.

The transferred teachers will not take part in the written examination, and other procedures are the same as those for selecting transferred teachers.

(1) Registration

1. The high-tech zone’s 2015 open selection (transfer) of primary and secondary school teachers in the zone requires online registration. Registration time: July 6, 2015 (Monday) )-July 12 (Sunday). (Announcement will be released on July 3)

2. Applicants are requested to submit the electronic draft of the "High-tech Zone 2015 Public Selection (Transfer) Primary and Secondary School Teacher Registration Form" (Attachment 2) before July 12 Send it to email: gxjwtbrs@126.com. Registration forms that are not uploaded within the specified time will not be accepted.

(2) Preliminary Qualification Review

1. Preliminary Qualification Review Time: July 16, 2015 (Thursday) - July 17 (Friday).

2. Preliminary review location: High-tech Zone Education, Culture and Sports Office.

3. Materials required for the preliminary qualification review: ID card, graduation certificate, professional title certificate, teacher qualification certificate and other relevant certificates, downloaded online "High-tech Zone 2015 Open Selection (Transfer) Registration for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the Zone" Form" (Attachment 2), proof of years of teaching in this subject, original and photocopies of academic qualifications, qualifications, and performance materials that meet the registration requirements, and proof of no violations of family planning, discipline and law (provided by the school and the place of household registration or family planning of the work unit) , issued by the disciplinary inspection department), 2 recent 1-inch photos of myself without a hat. Late applications will not be accepted. Applicants are required to bring their own portfolio containing the materials required for the preliminary qualification review, and indicate their name, work unit, transfer school and position on the portfolio.

The qualification review runs through the entire process of selecting (transferring) teachers within the district. Those who provide false materials will, once discovered, be disqualified from the examination or selection (transfer).

Selected positions: If the number of qualified people in the preliminary qualification review and the planned number do not reach a ratio of 3:1, they can be adjusted appropriately. If the ratio is still not reached after the adjustment, the number of selected and transferred plans will be reduced accordingly. Or not take the exam.

Positions for transfer: The number of people who meet the qualifications in the preliminary qualification review can be adjusted in proportion to the planned number. For positions that do not meet the conditions or no one has signed up, the number of transfers will be reduced.

4. Receive the admission ticket for the written examination: Primary school teachers who have passed the preliminary qualification review and participate in the selection and transfer will receive the admission ticket for the written examination.

(3) Written test (primary school teachers who have passed the preliminary qualification review and participate in the selection will enter this link)

1. Written test It is conducted in a closed-book format, and the content of the written examination is one subject, namely comprehensive knowledge of education (including educational laws and regulations, pedagogy, psychology, teaching materials and teaching methods, and professional knowledge of the subject). The written test score will be calculated into the final score after being converted at 45%.

2. Time: July 25, 2015 (Saturday), Location: Nanchang Children’s School.

(4) Interview

1. Interview for selecting teachers: Based on the written test scores, the interview candidates will be determined in the order of high score to low score in the ratio of 1:3 for the position to be selected ( Those who tie for the last place in admission will be included), and the interview scores will be calculated into the final score after being converted at 45%.

2. Interview for transfer teachers: Teachers who have passed the preliminary qualification review and participate in the transfer will enter this link, and the interview scores will be calculated into the final score after being converted at 90%.

3. Interview content

The interview will be conducted in the form of a lecture, focusing on evaluating the educational and teaching abilities of the candidates.

The primary school positions are based on the contents of the primary school textbooks of the subject; the junior high school posts are the contents of the junior high school textbooks on the subject.

(5) Quantitative assessment score (full score is 10 points and a cap of 10 points)

1. Based on the academic qualifications, professional and technical qualifications and positions of teachers in the participating areas, The service period and other conditions in the area will be quantitatively scored. Please see Appendix 3 for quantitative assessment details.

2. All those who participated in the interview will submit their academic certificates, professional and technical qualifications and appointment certificates, and proof of service period in the district to the staff of the High-tech Zone Teacher Recruitment Leading Group for quantitative scoring.

3. Time: August 5, 2015 (Wednesday), Location: Education, Culture and Sports Office of High-tech Zone.

Calculation method for the total score of primary and secondary school teachers in the high-tech zone’s open selection (transfer) in 2015:

1. Total selection score = written test score × 45% + interview score × 45% +Assessment and verification scores.

2. Adjust the total score = interview score × 90% + assessment score.

Written examinations, interviews, and assessment scores will be scored to two decimal places.

(6) Inspection

1. Based on the total scores of teachers participating in the open selection (transfer) in the district, the selection from high scores to low scores will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 for the positions to be selected. Examine the candidates (if there is a tie for results, the one with the higher interview score will be chosen).
