Concrete mixing, conveying and pouring are carried out by dispersing, moving and fixing, combined with machinery and manpower at different pouring heights and positions, with strict quality control and requirements. From the end of July, 1952, the construction management and labor combination were reformed. The construction unit established the "regional production management system" and implemented the "parallel flow method", which improved the efficiency and completed the first phase of concrete pouring one month ahead of schedule. The second-stage concrete pouring has overcome the difficulties of repeated floods and dam damage. On June 6th, 1954, all concrete was poured to the height of127.46m, and the flood was successfully intercepted in July. At the end of 10, the multi-arch dam project will be completed. Foundation 947,000 cubic meters, concrete195,000 cubic meters; It consumes 53,000 tons of cement, 6,400 tons of steel, 20,500 cubic meters of wood and 340,000 cubic meters of sand and gravel, and uses 545 machines and equipment.

After the flood discharge of 1969 dam, from the beginning of 1970 to the end of June, the protection and consolidation grouting of key parts such as bedrock and pile 2 1 on both banks of the dam and the repair of seepage cracks on the dam surface were completed. 1975 After the flood in August, the dam reinforcement and heightening project was started in early 1982. This reinforcement was carried out under the condition of taking into account the operation, and the project was scattered. The dam heightening construction requires high quality. The temperature of new concrete should be controlled well, and the surface of old concrete should be chiseled and grooved, which is also aerial work. Some dam foundation curtain reinforcement needs underwater operation, and the construction conditions are poor. Thanks to the cooperation and support of design, construction, scientific research and production units, the construction progressed smoothly and was completed on 1984. The flood discharge, irrigation and power generation pipes 1 1 are all buried in the crib and will be constructed in two phases together with the dam. The construction is also self-operated, and the installation work is entrusted by contract. The first phase started in March 1953, and the second phase started in late February 1953 and was completed on February 8 1954. During the construction process, an inspection and supervision team will be set up to check the progress and standards, so as to make the whole installation project progress quickly and have good quality.

Power plant and dam construction are carried out simultaneously. The foundation of the first phase 19 arch workshop began pouring in June 1952, and the project of 19 arch workshop was completed in September 1954. Install the first 1000 kW unit,1October 1 1 and start power transmission. 165438+1October 24th, the second 1000 kW unit was installed and put into operation. 1957 completed the second phase of three 3000 kW plant expansion projects at the beginning of this year. Two 3000 kW units installed in 19 Arch Factory and 18 Arch Factory have all generated electricity on September 30th.
The expansion plant located behind the 7 ~ 10 dam started in March of 1959 and stopped at the end of 1960. Resume work in February, 1966, the construction strength was insufficient, and it was basically completed. In order to strive for early power generation, the method of civil construction and installation is adopted. The first 10000 kW unit was put into operation in July 1967; The second 10000 kW unit was officially connected to the grid in July 1973.
