What is the age limit for enterprise establishment?

Applicants for public institutions must be over 18 years old and under 35 years old.

The application requirements for a few areas require that you be over 16 years old. If a specific position has higher requirements for professional titles and academic qualifications, or pays great attention to professional skills, the age requirement for recruitment will be relaxed, such as under 40 years old, or even under 45 years old.

Public establishment refers to the personnel establishment used by units that create or improve production conditions for the country, enhance social welfare, and meet the people's cultural, educational, and health needs. The funds are generally used by units that spend national public expenses.

Application conditions for enterprise establishment:

1. Educational requirements. They are usually college graduates or above. Different public institutions and positions apply for different academic qualifications. Many public institutions will require candidates to have a minimum academic qualification of at least a bachelor's degree.

2. Professional requirements. This also needs to refer to specific positions. For example, teaching institutions require teachers to have a teaching qualification certificate. For example, medical and health positions usually require candidates to have a medical-related major.

(5) Physical examination;

(6) Publicizing the list of proposed personnel;

(7) Entering into an employment contract , go through the employment procedures.

Article 12 The employment contract concluded between a public institution and its staff shall generally last for no less than 3 years.
