In 2019, I will say goodbye to the recruitment work that I have been engaged in for five years and turn to the field of talent management. Careers also have a growth cycle. I think this cycle is three to five years. In every professional field of human resource management, if you want to accumulate something and accomplish something, three to five years of training is indispensable.

So how do we get through the three to five years of each workplace growth cycle? My summary is: "Work hard to achieve every highlight moment." Don't give up exploring when the future is unclear, and find valuable and correct directions for efforts; don't be afraid of obstacles in the initial stage, and think about the optimal solution day and night; Then push forward unswervingly with the mentality of achieving the ultimate, until the moment of success comes; finally, when the prosperity is prosperous and brilliant, turn around without greed and look for the next valuable and correct direction.

Of course, not every experience will have a highlight moment, but as long as you are willing to try and toss, and dare to clear your past results, then you will be much more likely to have a highlight moment. Many people are unsatisfactory in the workplace. There are problems with ability, mentality, and more importantly, problems with working methods: For example, they want to succeed quickly, so they cannot concentrate on polishing quality products for several years; for example, people are small and their position is light, so inertia Following orders and doing things like screws; for example, eager for quick success, always working towards the goal of promotion and salary increase... All of these will make us get lost in doing things, and ignore the need to define the value of the work from the beginning.

The second highlight moment is today. From FX1.0 to FX3.0, it took three years to go from being unable to find outstanding talents to attracting a group of outstanding talents. Three years ago we knew very clearly that the best graduates were not willing to work at HW. Three years later we gathered together at the FX New Year Ceremony, chatting with laughter about the growth story of FX1.0 and imagining the future of FX3.0. Watching FX1.0 on the stage, chatting about their plans for upgrades and salary increases in the new year, and their desire to get married and have children, their confidence was infectious and lit up my second highlight moment. At this moment, I look back at the value definition I was looking for for my recruitment work five years ago: introducing excellent talents to the company and paving a path for excellent talents. Feel satisfied.

I’m afraid I will turn around again after today. I look cool but full of reluctance. I need to find my second career growth cycle and the value that will support me for the next three to five years. and meaning, and continue to work hard to achieve the next highlight moment. I am still very willful, thank you to the team for making it possible!
