The previous article talked about the management and control model of enterprises. Different modes of corporate management and control affect the quantity and quality of corporate staffing. So what qualities do companies most want to recruit in employees?

Generally during class, I will ask students, what are the characteristics of an employee that you need most?

Design a small brainstorming session in class: Divide into groups of 5-7 people and give everyone 3 minutes to write down the characteristics of the employees you most want to hire. So far, the group that wrote the most words in a three-minute group discussion was a group I taught in the interviewer course at Capital Airlines. They wrote 64 words in total, which is an astonishing number!

If a company selects candidates based on 64 criteria out of 100, think about it, is it only possible for those who have come to earth to overcome tribulations?

Why? Let’s try it according to the general selection criteria:

First, companies with good character are recruiting. Character is the foundation. If the character is not good, you will definitely not be hired. In this way, if you cut off 50 of the people with bad character, there will be 50 left.

After cutting off half of the second person with good looks, 25 will remain.

Remove the third positive energy. Half of it leaves 12.5

If there are two more conditions, it will basically be one of the best, so when designing employment standards, it must be appropriate and appropriate.

Assume that the company does not have unified employment standards, and the interviewer will ask questions based on personal preferences during the interview; assume that each interviewer has one or two preference characteristics that he pays attention to during the interview, and your company If more than three rounds of interviews are required, there will be 6 preferred characteristics, which is basically a matter of selecting one from a hundred, making it more difficult to recruit people.

So what kind of people should we recruit? In other words, what qualities do candidates need to have? The serial explanation will continue tomorrow.
