2010 Inner Mongolia Special Post Teacher Registration

According to the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance on the Implementation of the Plan for Special Positions for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage" (Teacher's Office Letter [2010] No. 3) and "The Rural Areas of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" According to the relevant provisions of the Implementation Plan of the Plan for Special Posts for Teachers in Compulsory Education Stage Schools in Pastoral Areas, the 2010 recruitment examination (written examination part) for teachers in special posts (hereinafter referred to as "Special Post Teachers") for compulsory education stage schools in rural and pastoral areas of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall be conducted by the Autonomous Region Personnel The examination center is responsible for organization and implementation. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the examination, these implementation measures are formulated.

1. "Special Post Teachers" Recruitment Plan

The planned number of "Special Post Teachers" in our district in 2010 is 1,377. The recruitment plan is divided into levels, banners and counties, disciplines and teaching languages. 2. Recruitment Scope and Registration Qualifications

(1) Recruitment Scope: Full-time general college graduates from colleges in the region and Inner Mongolian full-time general colleges and universities from colleges outside the region graduate.

(2) Application conditions:

1. To apply for the position of junior high school teacher, you must be a fresh graduate of a full-time normal higher education college or other full-time normal colleges and universities with a bachelor's degree or above; to apply for a primary school teacher position, you must be a full-time fresh graduate of a normal university with a junior college or above.

2． Previous graduates of full-time colleges and universities with a bachelor's degree or above who have certain practical experience in education and teaching and are under the age of 30 (born after May 1, 1980) can apply for primary school or junior high school teaching positions.

3． Obtain a teacher qualification certificate. Teacher training graduates who have not obtained a teacher qualification certificate can register to take the exam first on the basis that all other conditions are met. The teacher qualification certificate will be reviewed after the list of candidates to be hired is announced. If the original teacher qualification certificate is still not available by then, Employment qualifications will be disqualified.

3. Registration and examination arrangements

(1) Registration method

From 8:00 on May 14, 2010 to 24:00 on May 20, 2010, Graduates register online through the Inner Mongolia Personnel Examination Information Network (website: www.impta.com) and download the "Registration Form for the Special Position Plan for Teachers in Compulsory Education Stage Schools in Rural and Pastoral Areas of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form").

(2) Qualification review

From May 17th to May 22nd, candidates will take the "Registration Form" to the employment department of their graduation school for qualification review. The employment departments of each institution of higher learning will conduct a preliminary qualification review of fresh and previous graduates who sign up for recruitment based on the registration conditions, and sign and stamp the registration form (the registration form is made in duplicate, one to be retained by the school and one to be reported to the HR Examination Department); among them, the qualification examination of college graduates outside the region is handled by the Employment Guidance Center for College Graduates in the Autonomous Region. Before May 22, the employment departments of all colleges and universities must uniformly submit the registration forms to the personnel examination department. Among them, graduates of colleges and universities in Hohhot City and colleges and universities outside the region directly report to the Autonomous Region Personnel Examination Center, and graduates of colleges and universities in other league cities. Colleges and universities should report to the Meng City Personnel Examination Center.

(3) Download the admission ticket

From May 23rd to 25th, the autonomous region’s personnel examination department will conduct online registration confirmation for graduates who have signed up for the recruitment examination; May 26th 8 :00-24:00 on the 29th, graduates who have signed up for recruitment will download their admission tickets from the Inner Mongolia Personnel Examination Information Network. The examination is free of registration and examination fees.

(4) Written test content and time

All candidates applying for the "Special Post Teacher" position in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region must take the closed-book examination uniformly organized by the region.

The examination is conducted in the form of a written examination, and no review textbooks are specified. The examination content is an essay and a basic quality test (refer to the Administrative Vocational Aptitude Test). Candidates can answer the questions in Mongolian, but they must use the same script.

Exam time: May 30, 2010.

There are nine test centers in the district: district direct (candidates are college graduates in Hohhot and outside the district), Ulanqab City, Xilingol League, Baotou City, Tongliao City, Chifeng City, Hulunbuir City, Bayannur City, Ordos City.

For Mongolian, Daur, Ewenki, Oroqen and Russian graduates who sign up for the recruitment examination, 5 points will be added to the total examination score. Candidates must take the exam with their ID card and admission ticket.

(5) Organization and implementation

1. The written examination is organized and implemented by the Autonomous Region Personnel Examination Center.

2． During the written examination, the autonomous region will send an inspection team to inspect the examination work of the relevant league cities.

4. Recruitment and interview trial

1. The written examination results will be announced after June 15, 2010. Candidates can check the Inner Mongolia Personnel Examination Information Online.

2． Candidates who enter the interview will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 in the recruitment plan, and the qualifications will be reviewed by the Inner Mongolia Department of Education.

3． The education administrative departments of each league city will conduct interviews and trial lectures at a ratio of 1:3 for applicants who pass the examination. Interview and trial lecture time: July 1st - July 10th. The specific time and location will be determined by the education administrative department of each league city and notified to the candidates themselves.

4． Physical examination. The education administration department of Banner County is responsible for organizing and implementing the job. Vacant positions due to unqualified physical examinations will be filled based on the results of the written examination and interview.

5. Sign an employment agreement. Banner counties that implement the "Special Post Plan" sign an "Employment Contract" with the personnel to be recruited for special posts.
