With my super memory, I shouldn't make a mistake about the floor. I said "that's the third floor", but I couldn't say anything. The third floor is here. Forget it. Go inside. It's okay. I got on the elevator again, hehe, the elevator went smoothly. Arrive at the 2 1 building, turn right, find a service person and find the final place for the interview. Well, I just left my job and missed the first bus, thinking, "It's over, it's not a smooth day", and the result is really 50% fulfilled.

Let me sign the door and wait. Not as full as I expected. Forget it, wait. There is an IKEA brochure on the desk. After turning over a few pages, I feel that there are many cheap and beautiful things. I remember very clearly that there was a loveseat, which was only 199. Once again, my super memory will never be wrong. Well, super is super. During the interview, the director of the logistics department actually asked me if there was anything that made me shine through the brochure. I'm not sure about the price I remember. I'm dizzy. Finally, I don't know if I made a mistake or the director teased me. He said that IKEA didn't sell 199 yuan's sofa. Forget it, and don't think about him.

I interviewed two people, one is the head of the logistics department and the other is the human resources department of IKEA Beijing. The logistics supervisor asked me to introduce myself briefly, and then asked me some questions about my main job, which was of course related to the position I finally interviewed. The first few are ok, and I think I can answer them, which makes him very satisfied. Later, I still feel a little sorry about one question, because I know those things, but I can't express them well (it seems that language expression is really a kung fu), because my usual work doesn't involve those things that are managed only by theory. When a strategist speaks according to his own experience, he always puts subjective consciousness first, which is a big taboo. Well, it's still too young!

Later, a lady from Beijing Human Resources Department gave me a question. Wow, that question is called more than one. I thought that when I interviewed KFC trainee assistant in Parkson, I was well prepared, and it would not be a problem to go through five customs and cut six. I went in such a hurry this time that I didn't prepare anything at all, so I went into battle lightly. Just remember to ask me "the most frustrating thing after work, the thing that best reflects teamwork". My answers to these two questions are so vague and not very successful.

To sum up the overall feeling of interviewing at IKEA, it is "needle in eye". I don't think you can answer the most basic interview questions well if you are well prepared. The most important thing is to examine your adaptability and your understanding of the work. My interview time can be at least 40 minutes, and your brain cells are spinning for 40 minutes.
