Tianjin Huaneng Yangliuqing Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "power plant") is located in Yangliuqing Town, Xiqing District, Tianjin, 6.5 kilometers east of Tianjin, adjacent to Jinpu Railway in the south, Jingfu Highway in the west and Ziya River in the north, with superior geographical position and convenient transportation. The power plant is located in the load center of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid and is an important support point of Tianjin western power grid. Power is transmitted to Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid, mainly for local use, accounting for 1 1.48% of the installed capacity of Tianjin unified dispatching units. At the same time, the power plant provides central heating to Tianjin, with a heating area of 22.4 million square meters, accounting for about 26.98% of the heating area of Tianjin cogeneration.

The power plant was built in August, 197 1. There are four phases of the project, of which four fuel units in the first and second phases have all been shut down and scrapped. At present, the units in service in the power plant are in Phase III and Phase IV, with a total installed capacity of 1200MW. A 2×300MW coal-fired extraction steam heating unit was installed in the third phase of the project, which was put into operation in1February 1998 and1September 1999 respectively, with an annual designed power generation of 3.9 billion kwh and a designed heating area of 7.6 million square meters. The third-stage boiler is a domestic liquid slag discharge furnace, and the fly ash is re-ignited, which is characterized by good emission index. The fourth phase of the project installed a 2 ×300MW coal-fired extraction steam heating unit, which was put into operation in February 2006 and May 2007, with an annual designed power generation of 3.3 billion kWh and a designed heating area of 6.5438+0.2 million square meters.

The gas turbine project is the fifth expansion project of the power plant based on the existing 4×300MW coal-fired heating unit. 1 900MW F-class gas-steam combined cycle heating unit is built in this project, with an installed capacity of 9,509,800 kilowatts. The project is planned to start construction in 2065,438+04 and be completed and put into operation in 2065,438+06.
