Ministry of Higher Education, Vocational Technology and Adult Education:

Cooperate with relevant departments to formulate the development plan of vocational education, adult education and higher education in the city and the annual enrollment plan of vocational schools; To guide and inspect the education and teaching work of vocational schools, adult schools and institutions of higher learning in the city; Review and guide the establishment of vocational high schools, junior vocational schools, adult schools, education and training institutions, the filing and approval of professional settings, inspection and evaluation and layout adjustment in conjunction with relevant departments; Responsible for the management of student status in vocational high schools and junior vocational schools, and check and accept graduation certificates; Responsible for the management of adult high school education, organize graduation (graduation) unified examination and issue graduation certificates; Responsible for promoting staff training and eliminating illiteracy among young people; Cooperate with the municipal labor department to evaluate the technical level of graduates from vocational high schools and junior vocational schools.

Department of Physical Education, Health and Art Education:

Responsible for the implementation of macro management of physical education, health, art education and national defense education in schools throughout the city; Guide and supervise the implementation of "Physical Education Qualification Standards for Primary and Secondary Schools" and "National Physical Training Standards", as well as physical education, health education, extracurricular sports activities and physical exercise, and formulate education and teaching plans; Guide and inspect the health care work of all kinds of schools at all levels in the city and formulate prevention and control measures; Organize physical examination of students at all levels and schools.

Planning and Financial Audit Bureau:
