(1) basic conditions

4. Have a high school education or above;

6. Have the physical conditions to normally perform the duties of the position you are applying for, with regular facial features, sound limbs, no tattoos, unilateral vision of not less than 4.8, no color blindness and weak color, good hearing, and height 170CM or more;

7. Meet other conditions stipulated by the state, province, city and public security organs.

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not be employed:

1. Having received criminal punishment, public security punishment, judicial custody or education, or being suspected of violating the law and crimes that have not been ascertained;

2. Fabricating and disseminating theories, lines, principles and policies that damage the reputation of the country and information that violates national laws and regulations;

3. I or my family members, close relatives and major social contacts join illegal organizations, cult organizations or engage in other activities that endanger national security;

4. My family members, close relatives and major social contacts have been sentenced to punishment and are under investigation;

5. Assisting the police to leave without authorization before the expiration of the contract period;

6. Being expelled from the army, or being expelled, removed or expelled due to violation of discipline and law;

7. The practicing certificates of lawyers and notaries are revoked;

8. Having a serious personal bad credit record, or providing false application materials or violating the rules in the examination;

9. Other personnel who are not suitable for police auxiliary work.

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Individual registration and qualification examination

This recruitment is conducted by unified time, on-site registration and on-site qualification preliminary examination.

1. Registration time. April 6, 2022 to April 7, 2022 (9: 00 a.m.-165438+0: 30 p.m., 14:30-65438+ 7:00 p.m.).

2. Registration place. Conference room on the fifth floor of Criminal Investigation Brigade of Municipal Public Security Bureau.

3. Registration requirements. Applicants should download and fill in the Auxiliary Police Employment Registration Form (attachment 1) as required, and the information filled in must be true, accurate, complete and effective. At the same time, the following materials shall be provided on site:

(1) The original and photocopy of my second-generation valid resident ID card (the front and back of the ID card need to be copied), the original and photocopy of the household registration book (or household registration certificate) (personal page), and the veterans also need to provide the discharge certificate and photocopy;

(2) The original and photocopy of the academic certificate recognized by the state, and the electronic registration record form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education (downloaded and printed on the China Higher Education Student Information Network) is also required for college education or above;

3 recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos on a white background;

(4) Personal credit certificate (you can go to the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China for self-service with your ID card);

4. Preliminary qualification examination. According to the recruitment conditions, the applicants will be preliminarily qualified, and those who pass the examination will be registered and allowed to take the examination. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment, and those who do not meet the registration conditions will be disqualified once they are verified.

(2) written examination

The time and place of written examination will be notified separately. The written test scores are calculated according to the percentage system. The written test mainly includes political theory, laws and regulations, basic knowledge of public security and professional knowledge necessary for the post. Among those who pass the minimum qualified score line in the written test, from the high score to the low score, the participants are determined according to the proportion of not more than 3 times the number of planned recruits.

(3) Physical fitness assessment

The time and place of physical fitness assessment will be notified separately. Physical fitness assessment shall be carried out with reference to the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Items and Standards of Physical Fitness Assessment for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2011] No.48). Physical fitness test ***3 items, including men's 1000m running 1 time, 10m× 4 running back and forth for no more than 2 times and jumping vertically for no more than 3 times; If one of the three items is not up to standard, it will be regarded as unqualified in physical fitness assessment; Unqualified personnel shall not enter the next link. The results of each physical fitness assessment are confirmed by the candidates' signature on the spot.

(4) Interview

The interview time and place will be announced separately. Interview results are calculated by percentage. After the announcement of the interview, if the candidate gives up the interview, his interview qualification will be cancelled. Retired soldiers, police officers or graduates from political and legal colleges are extra points for interviews.

(V) Conversion of comprehensive scores

Candidates' comprehensive scores are converted by a percentage system, and the comprehensive score = written test score ×0.5+ interview score ×0.5. According to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low, the number of political and physical examinations is determined according to the planned recruitment. Under the same conditions, retired soldiers, college graduates, police or political and legal college graduates are preferred as candidates to be hired.

(6) Political examination

The content of political examination includes the political thought, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, job matching and performance during the application period. , focusing on examining whether the applicants are not allowed to be employed, whether the political examinees meet the qualifications stipulated in the application, and whether the application information and related materials provided are true and accurate.

(7) Physical examination

The time and place of physical examination and related matters will be notified separately. The physical examination was conducted in designated medical institutions with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Among them, all the physical examination items in the Special Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) will not be re-examined. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Candidates who fail to participate in the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination qualification.

If there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination and political examination, the employer shall determine whether to fill it according to the needs of the employer. If it is really necessary to make up, the recruitment unit will make up the candidates for political examination and physical examination in turn according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.

(eight) publicity and approval

After determining the list of personnel to be hired, the recruiting unit will publicize it on Zaoyang Personnel Examination Network for 5 working days and accept the supervision of the society and candidates. If there is any objection to the publicity object, it shall report it in real name, reflect the problem realistically and provide necessary investigation clues.
