The railway from chongzhou city to Tianfu New District has been built for a long time.

The time is uncertain. The high-speed rail line planning starts from qingchengshan railway station of Chengdu-Guanxi Railway, passes through Dujiangyan Daguan, Shijiezi, Huaiyuan, Gongyi, Tong Yuan, Jinjiang and Chongyang, and connects with Chongzhou Station of Chengdu-Guanxi Railway, with a total length of about 35 kilometers. At the same time, it is planned to set up two stations in Chongzhou, namely Jiezi Guzhen Station and Yuantong Station, and to build a motor car parking base in Gongyi Township. In the long term, after connecting with Chongzhou Station, the line will continue to extend southward, passing through sanjiang town of our city and huayuan town of Xinjin County, and finally connecting with Xinjin Station of Chengdu-Guiyang High-speed Railway (Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan Intercity Railway) and extending to Tianfu New District. At present, Chengdu Transportation Bureau has started the preliminary work such as site survey and investigation of Chongzhou section of Chengdu-Guangzhou railway extension line, and the specific construction time has not been clear. Our bureau will take the initiative to connect up and strive to promote the early start of Chongzhou section of the extension line of fast-track irrigation project.
