I often see many prospective flight attendants complaining about airline flight attendants' interviews, saying that they are unfair, fishy, have no objective and fair evaluation criteria or don't know what the evaluation criteria are. I have participated in many flight attendants interviews of a domestic airline, and I feel that large domestic airlines, such as China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines, have fair basis and strict and objective standards to abide by. I've seen many questions about prospective flight attendants who come to interview at work.

First of all, please wear professional clothes for the interview.

A stewardess's job requires uniforms. The best clothes for flight attendants to interview are uniforms, skirts and high heels. Not all prospective stewardesses know this. Every time I am in charge of an interview, I can see the interviewer wearing jeans, shorts, ancient costume or floral skirt. Wearing clothes that don't meet the professional requirements to attend the interview gives us a very bad impression. The stewardess interview doesn't necessarily require a white shirt and black skirt, but the color of professional clothes.

Second, don't come to the interview with your boyfriend or parents.

Everyone probably saw the sign "Stay with the staff and stop entering the building" that we posted during the interview. In fact, airlines also hate the flight attendants' relatives and friends waiting outside the building. A large number of parked vehicles will affect traffic, especially the work of adjacent units. Airlines generally hope that interviewers can take public transport, and it is best for prospective flight attendants to take public transport to interview.

In addition, flight attendants are a service job, and airlines don't expect to see prospective flight attendants who come for an interview being served at home. Once at lunch, I saw some parents of prospective flight attendants outside the building helping them with their bags, shoes and clothes. My supervisor said to several of us who were in charge of the interview, "How can such a person be a good flight attendant?" As a result, many prospective stewardesses who brought their parents and boyfriends to the interview directly lost the election.

Interviewing with boyfriends is an extremely taboo event, and individual airlines will explicitly require stewardesses not to get married for three years before joining the company. The stewardess who brings her boyfriend to the interview will make the airlines more worried.

Some people say, as an examiner, how do you know whether I come for an interview in person or with my relatives and friends? It's really nice. Do you have your own slipper bag and costume bag?

Third, be careful not to disturb the abnormal work in hotels, hotels and other places, and adhere to hygiene.

In addition to the vehicles of friends and family groups, the ground near the hotel where the stewardess interviewed will be very messy every time. A large number of cigarette butts, bread paper, biscuit packets, beverage bottles and even spitting abandoned by friends and family groups. Our supervisor is always angry about it. So be careful not to bring friends and family members to the interview.

What's more, airlines know that high heels are uncomfortable, and it's hot in Leng Xia in winter. They also allow flight attendants to bring slippers and clothes bags and change shoes and clothes before and after the interview. Even many interviewers appreciate the flight attendants who can take care of themselves (carrying slippers and clothes into the building may get extra points). But please don't change your shoes and clothes on the sofa in the hotel lobby or in front of the office building where the interview is held. The hotel has always held a very big view on this. The hotel or office building where the interview is held is separate.

Fourth, be sweet and generous.

Flight attendants are the work of entertaining guests, and Leng Yan-type flight attendants are not welcomed by major airlines. In addition, airlines don't like eventful flight attendants, and flight attendants may be natural and graceful. A domestic airline changed the' Beijing Sea Election' to the crowded Dong 'an market. Besides promoting corporate image, it is also a major consideration for the airline to test whether the prospective stewardess can be natural and graceful in public. Many other domestic airlines are also considering learning from China Southern's progress. It is said that Geely and Sichuan Airlines will start recruiting next year. Don't complain about the guests at will. Every time I apply for a job as a stewardess, I will receive a lot of complaints from stewardesses. The male interviewer shook hands with the prospective stewardess and was complained by the stewardess. Fifth, do not give up easily.

Interview is a process of accumulating experience and making progress. At first, you may not know what to wear, how to prevent scars, or even carefully read the dress code told in the interview.
