The main duty of the feeder is to put the raw materials needed for production into the designated equipment port in time, accurately and with good quality and quantity according to the instructions of the microcomputer (control room). The operation process and basic provisions are as follows:

1, get ready for work in advance. Must arrive at the production site 10 minutes before the specified working hours. Seriously attend the pre-class meeting, accurately understand and accept the feeding task of the class; Wear work clothes and labor protection articles as required; Check all machinery and equipment responsible for this position; Make all the preparations before formal feeding.

2, confirm the warehouse number, instructions, hoist. Before feeding, you must contact the microcomputer (control room) to confirm that the number of the opened raw material warehouse is correct, and get the feeding instruction of the microcomputer room, so that the hoist can feed when it is running normally.

3. Bag opening, quality inspection and feeding. Except for paper packaging, when unpacking, use scissors or a knife to disconnect the suture from the corner of the packaging bag, open the packaging bag and put the untied sealing line into a fixed container. It is forbidden to cut and package at will. Before feeding, we must carefully check the quality of the raw materials to be fed through sensory experience. Check the color, smell, impurities, moisture, caking and mildew of raw materials. If you find any problems, you should immediately report to the monitor and deal with them in strict accordance with the instructions of your superiors. When feeding, the raw materials in the packaging bag should be shaken off, and the empty bag should be neatly placed on one side of the feeding port to facilitate sorting and bundling; Clean up the sundries at the feeding site at any time. It is forbidden to throw empty bags, ropes and sundries.

4. Choose visible sundries. When feeding, all sundries and moldy caking materials must be selected immediately to prevent sundries and moldy caking materials from entering the equipment.

5. Pay attention to refueling and clearing. Before switching to another raw material, you must clean up the feeding site and get in touch with the microcomputer (control) room, and then you can start inputting another raw material after you get the feeding instruction.

6, feeding efficiency requirements. For raw materials with weight ≥70kg and above, the feeding amount should be 6.0 tons/person-hour and above; The weight of a piece of 40k g≤40k g shall be determined according to the above quota.

7. Clean related equipment regularly. Care for equipment (including curtains and fences at the inlet); Clean dust bags and pipes regularly to maintain good dust removal effect; Responsible for cleaning the permanent magnet cylinder during crushing (at least twice per shift); Responsible for regularly removing the scale, tangles and other sundries in the auger and pulverizer feeder; Responsible for checking and replacing the screen and hammer of the pulverizer, and replacing the hammer should not take up production time as much as possible.

8, monitoring equipment operation. Pay attention to monitor the working condition of the coal mill during operation, shut it down in time when hearing abnormal sounds, and ensure that the running current of the coal mill does not exceed the rated current of the motor. Pay attention to the operation of other equipment, and report any abnormality to the workshop director, monitor or computer engineer at any time, without undue delay, so as to ensure that the managed machinery and equipment and various related ancillary facilities are in good condition in the work.

9. Daily work after work. Before coming off work, clean the breeding grounds and responsibility areas; Transport the raw material packaging bag and rope to the designated place; Put the used tools and articles brought by the class in the recovery place; Do a good job in the hygiene of breeding sites and responsible areas; Do a comprehensive inspection of routine work before work. Improve the handover procedures as required.

10, meddlesome. People who have worked in this position for less than 2 months must be aware of this regulation and fully meet the requirements of this regulation. After working in this position for 3 months, you must supplement and master the operation skills and processes of an ordinary production post (at least two processes) every 3 months of service, and have the ability to accept other jobs at any time.
