Curtain wall installation construction process

1, familiar with drawings and technical disclosure: this process is to understand the whole project. Before the construction, we have made a comprehensive understanding of the drawings used in the construction, made clear the leading dimensions, corners, closing methods and the style of the whole architectural design, and had a clear understanding of the whole construction organization design. Control the construction progress and work out feasible construction methods and schemes according to the actual situation.

2. Familiarity with the construction site: Familiarity with the construction site includes two aspects: first, acceptance of the quality of the construction process; -It is to arrange the next work according to the requirements of the drawings.

3. Treatment of embedded parts: in the construction stage of the main structure. According to the design of the glass curtain wall, the construction unit shall process and embed the embedded parts according to the floor plan and details of the embedded parts provided by the production unit, and the embedded parts shall be firm and accurate. Before the vertical keel of curtain wall is installed, the embedded parts should be removed in advance. When the elevation and position exceed the allowable deviation, it should be handled in consultation with the design in time.

4. Pre-measuring and setting-out: According to the vertical axis of each floor of the main structure, compare it with the wheelbase size of the original structure, and after verification with theodolite, pop up the center line of vertical keel at the edge of each floor to check whether the center line of embedded parts of each floor is consistent with the center line of vertical keel. If there is any error, make a good treatment plan in advance.

Verify whether the actual total elevation of the main structure is consistent with the design total elevation, and mark the floor elevation of each floor on the edge of the floor at the same time, so as to check when installing the curtain wall.

5. Installation of the column: The installation of the column should be carried out from bottom to top, with the end with the core sleeve facing upward. Connect the connector with the embedded part of the main body, and then adjust and fix it. Column installation elevation deviation should be 3mm, axis deviation should be ≤2 coffee, left and right deviation should be 3 mm. The installation elevation deviation of two adjacent columns should be ≤3- 1, the maximum elevation deviation of columns on the same floor should be ≤5mm, and the distance deviation of two adjacent columns should be ≤2 pa.

6. Installation of the beam: Place the connectors at both ends of the beam at the predetermined position of the column, and install them firmly with tight joints. The horizontal elevation deviation of two adjacent beams shall be ≤ LMM; Elevation deviation of the same floor: when the curtain wall width is less than or equal to 35m, it should be 5m, and when the curtain wall width is greater than 35m, it should be ≤7mm. The installation of beams on the same floor should be carried out from bottom to top. After the height of the first floor is installed, it should be inspected, adjusted, corrected and fixed to meet the maximum quality requirements.

7. Installation of fireproof layer: the gap between curtain wall and main structure layer should be filled with thermal insulation materials such as 1 120 thick fireproof rock wool and 1.5 thick fireproof steel plate. Internal and external surfaces should be sealed with sealant continuously, and the joints should be tight and watertight. It shall be implemented in accordance with Code for Fire Protection Design of Fireproof Buildings (GBJl6), Code for Fire Protection Design of High-rise Civil Buildings (GB50045) and Code for Fire Protection Design of Interior Decoration of Buildings (GB5022).

8. Glass installation: Dust and dirt on the surface should be wiped clean before glass installation. Glass and parts should not be in direct contact. A certain gap should be kept between the periphery of the glass and the bottom of the element groove, and at least two elastic positioning pads should be set at the lower part of each glass; The width of the pad is the same as the width of the notch, and the length should not be less than lOOmm；; The embedding amount and gap on both sides of the glass meet the design requirements.

Rubber strip around the glass should be selected according to the specified model, and the inlay should be smooth. The length of the rubber strip should be longer than the gap in the frame. Its fracture should be left at the four corners; After the inclined plane is disconnected, it should be spliced into a predetermined design angle, firmly bonded with adhesive and embedded in the groove. Curtain wall frame glass joints should be horizontal, even and vertical.

9. Construction in silicone sealants: the construction thickness of silicone weatherproof sealant should be greater than 3.5ram, and the construction width should not be less than 2 times of the construction thickness; The bottom of the deep sealed slot door should be filled with polyethylene foam. Silicone weather-resistant adhesive should be stuck on both sides of the joint, not on three sides.
