Foxconn smoking time regulations

Foxconn smoking time regulations: opening hours: 06:30-08:30.

Pay special attention to Foxconn's smoking time:

1. Foxconn smoking area is only allowed to smoke during opening hours.

2. The stay time of Foxconn employees smoking in the smoking area shall not exceed 15 minutes.

3. Smoking (including smoking area) is prohibited in Foxconn factory except during working hours. If any violation is found, it shall be punished according to Article 38 of the Management Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of Group Employees.

According to Foxconn Safety Production Regulations:

Smoking is prohibited in any workplace and offenders will be warned or punished accordingly. Longhua Foxconn's recruitment of "R&D in two places" refers to the establishment of R&D team and R&D laboratory with Greater China and the United States as two important strategic fulcrums, so as to grasp the pulse of science and technology and meet the needs of the Group's product development strategy and customers' important global strategy.

Carry out research and development of new products and create new growth points in the global market. Although smoking is not allowed in the workplace, smoking is allowed in designated areas during breaks. Considering that many Foxconn employees have the habit of smoking, the factory will designate some areas where smoking is allowed, as long as there is no problem smoking in the allowed areas.
