In Gongchangling District of Liaoyang, there is a Mingyuelong team dedicated to barrier-free travel for the disabled. Team members originated from Mingyuelong Public Welfare Network, which was established on 20 12. It is a non-profit and open service team composed of volunteers.

Gongchangling District belongs to Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, and was established in May 1984.
