Opening hours of Chengdu Library

Sichuan Library has six floors, each with a different reading area. The opening hours are as follows:

1, first floor: 24-hour self-service area provides readers with services such as borrowing and returning books from 0: 00 to 24: 00 Monday to Sunday.

Children's reading area provides services such as children's registration or accreditation, book reading, borrowing, reading guidance and reader activities from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00- 17:00.

The youth reading area provides services such as youth registration or accreditation, book reading, borrowing, reading guidance and reader activities from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00- 17:00.

The reading area for the visually impaired provides services such as registration or accreditation for the visually impaired, book reading, borrowing, reading guidance and reader activities from Tuesday to Sunday at 9:00- 17:00.

2. The second floor: the main service desk (reading square) provides comprehensive services such as reader registration or accreditation, consultation, guidance, activities, OPAC retrieval, exhibition and so on from 9: 00 to 20: 30 every Tuesday to Sunday.

Borrowing area (1) (2) Chinese books are borrowed, renewed, returned and read every Tuesday to Sunday from 9: 00 to 20: 30.

The self-study area provides readers with self-study and self-study services from 9: 00 to 20: 30 every Tuesday to Sunday.

3. The newspaper reading area on the third floor provides services such as reading, consulting and copying Chinese periodicals and newspapers from 9: 00 to 20: 30 every Tuesday to Sunday.

The local literature reading area (Bashu Library) provides services such as Sichuan local literature, local chronicles, genealogy, minority literature reading, government public information inquiry, special reference consultation and interlibrary loan from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00- 17:00.

Starlight Reading Room provides reference books reading, reader activities, exhibitions, training, lectures and other services every Tuesday to Sunday from 9: 00 to 20: 30.

4. Fourth floor: Chinese book reading area (1) (2) Chinese book reading, copying, consulting and other services are provided every Tuesday to Sunday from 9: 00 to 20: 30.

Starlight Reading Room provides services such as reading, copying and consulting Chinese books from 9: 00 to 20: 30 every Tuesday to Sunday.

5. The fifth floor: the preservation reading room (1) (2) provides closed-shelf reading, copying and consulting services for Chinese books and periodicals. Time: Tuesday and Sunday from 9:00- 17:00.

Starlight Reading Room provides reading, copying and consulting services for Chinese books in its collection from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00- 17:00.

6. The sixth floor: Foreign Language Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Reading Area provides reading, copying and consulting services for foreign languages, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao books and newspapers from Tuesday to Sunday at 9:00- 17:00.

The public * * * digital cultural service area provides services such as digital literature resource retrieval, film and television music appreciation and new media interactive experience from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00- 17:00.

Starlight Reading Room provides bound volumes of Chinese periodicals from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00- 17:00.
