Do firefighters have a staff?

The fire brigade generally belongs to the enterprise establishment. Full-time government firefighters are recruited by the people's government at the same level, and full-time firefighters by enterprises and institutions are recruited by enterprises and institutions and reported to the local county-level fire protection agency for registration. Full-time firefighters implement a labor contract system and sign labor contracts in accordance with the law.

There are two types of establishments in the fire brigade, one is the administrative establishment, used by the captain and deputy captain, and the other is the business establishment, used by clerks and professional and technical personnel. There are two types of front-line firefighters. Some use the establishment establishment and belong to work-service positions, which mainly refer to the original non-commissioned officers; some do not use the establishment and belong to the contract management system. These are mainly new recruits.

The recruitment targets and conditions for contract firefighting staff include:

1. Workers engaged in firefighting and social emergency rescue work are recruited from other places within the province, aged 18-25 years old, Unmarried male citizens with junior high school education or above. (Veterans who have served in the fire brigade and have passed the physical fitness and skills assessment will be given priority);

2. Workers who are engaged in cooking, driving, repairing and other positions are recruited locally or from other places aged 22- Citizens who are 45 years old and have a junior high school education or above;

3. Workers engaged in secretarial, communication and other positions shall recruit citizens aged 18-30 years old and have a college degree or above locally or in other places, and Passed the National Computer Rank Examination and reached level 2.
