Shijiazhuang Preschool Teachers College, formerly known as Shijiazhuang Normal School, was founded in 37 years of the Republic of China (1948). With the approval of the provincial government, 1984 established Shijiazhuang Normal School as a kindergarten teacher major, and 1999 renamed Shijiazhuang Foreign Language Normal School. In 2006, the two schools merged to form a new preschool normal school in Shijiazhuang, Hebei.
