The interview is a group interview, which is divided into three parts and lasts about one hour. We interviewed three interviewers, all from Shanghai, who felt very cordial, so the atmosphere was not tense. Six people were arranged to attend the interview, but four people went. Fudan 2 has gone abroad. It seems that his family still attaches great importance to language (all ladies can speak Japanese).

The first part is self-introduction, and questions will be written on the blackboard, including name, major, application reason (emphasizing the difference between NRI and other companies), future dreams, personality shortcomings and so on. Answer one by one, and then ask some questions about what you said. It feels more like chatting.

The second part is called group discussion. Today's topic is whether it is good for Spring Festival travel rush if Spring Festival travel rush doesn't raise prices this year. We just explain the views one by one, then discuss them in groups, and finally give the results of the group discussion. Of the four of us, only two felt good and two felt bad, and finally we didn't reach a consensus.

The third part is about your hobbies. This is different for everyone, so there is nothing to say. In short, act as usual, because you never know what the interviewer will be interested in.
