There is no strict household registration restriction for the recruitment of civil servants in Henan Province.

Generally, household registration is restricted by special posts: working grassroots personnel, retired college students and military personnel will restrict Henan household registration.

20 15 Henan civil service examination registration conditions are as follows

(1) Persons with the following qualifications may apply for the examination:

(1) has China nationality;

(2) Supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(3) Having good conduct;

(4) Born between1September 1980 14 and1September 1997 14;

(5) Have a college degree or above and the working ability required by the recruitment position;

(six) have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(7) Having other qualifications required by the post to be employed.

(2) If the recruitment position meets the requirements of grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to the experience of working in organs below the county level, as well as in institutions, state-owned enterprises, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations. Unemployed college graduates who leave school go to the internship base of college graduates (the base is grass-roots units) to participate in internships or participate in project research in institutions and enterprises, and work in units below the regimental level can be regarded as grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience's calculation time ends in September 15, 20 14.

If the recruitment position is oriented to serving grassroots project personnel, the applicants must be college graduates recruited by our province to participate in the "three supports and one support" plan for college graduates or the volunteer service plan for western regions, the volunteer service plan for poverty-stricken counties, and the special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage, who have passed the service period and passed the examination.

If the recruitment position is a retired college student soldier, the applicants must be full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who enrolled students according to the national enrollment plan and enlisted from our province, as well as soldiers who retired after the expiration of their active service (including those who enlisted in the graduation school year and obtained academic qualifications during their service); Full-time college students enrolled in accordance with the national enrollment plan, retired soldiers who were recruited from our province during their school days and returned to school after retiring from active service and obtained academic qualifications; Retired soldiers who joined the army from our province and obtained college degree or above recognized by the state during their active service.

(three) active servicemen, students in ordinary colleges and universities, and newly recruited civil servants who have not completed the probation period and the minimum service period are not allowed to apply for the exam.

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found to have serious violations of discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants, those who have been dismissed for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam.

Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions with avoidance relationship after being hired.
