The plant will be put into operation at the end of 2007 to meet the increasing demand for PTA in China. Desini cloth completed the preliminary engineering design of the device in 2005. And provide the engineering design part for Hainan120,000 tons/year melamine project initiated by CNOOC Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Dutch DSM Group. This project is the largest melamine factory in the world at present.
