How to become a driving school coach?

Being a driving school coach requires the following conditions:

1. Theoretical coach

1. Holding a motor vehicle driver's license and having more than 2 years of safe driving experience.

2. Education and technical title should meet one of the following conditions:

① Technical secondary school degree or above in automobile and related majors.

② having intermediate (second-level) or above professional qualifications in automobile and related majors.

3. Be familiar with road traffic safety laws and regulations, driving theory, motor vehicle structure, traffic safety psychology, common first aid for the wounded and other safe driving knowledge.

4. Understand the basic teaching knowledge of pedagogy and educational psychology, and have the teaching ability of compiling teaching plans and standardizing explanations.

2. Driving instructor

1. Hold the motor vehicle driver's license of the corresponding model and be under 6 years old.

2. Have a secondary school education or above.

3. The safe driving experience and the driving experience of corresponding models shall meet the following requirements:

① Large passenger cars, general-purpose truck semi-trailers (tractors), city buses, medium-sized buses and large trucks have more than 5 years' safe driving experience in driving corresponding models.

② a small car with more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving experience.

③ a small automatic car with more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving experience.

④ low-speed truck, with more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving experience.

⑤ three-wheeled vehicle, with more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving experience.

⑥ small automatic passenger car for the disabled, with more than 5 years of safe driving experience and more than 3 years of driving experience.

⑦ If the instructor who applies for driving operation has a college degree or above and has received professional skills education, he/she should have more than 2 years of experience in safe driving and driving the corresponding vehicles, and at least 3 months of practical coaching experience.

4. Master the basic knowledge of road traffic safety regulations, driving theory, motor vehicle structure, traffic safety psychology and emergency driving.

5. Be familiar with the knowledge of vehicle maintenance and common fault diagnosis, vehicle environmental protection and energy saving.

6. Have the teaching ability of explaining driving essentials, demonstrating driving movements and guiding driving.
