Miancheng is the center of Chaoyang District. Miancheng Town is the name of a historical administrative institution revoked by 1994. It is located in the county seat of Chaoyang City, with Dongshan in the east, Linhai River in the south, Xishan in the west and Niu Tianyang in the north. It is the central city of Chaoyang.
