Henan China Power Investment Huaxin Power Engineering Co., Ltd. has a long history and was reorganized and established by the original Xinxiang Thermal Power Plant Maintenance Team. There is a staff team with standardized management, exquisite technology, excellent style and excellent service, covering boiler, turbine, electricity, thermal engineering, fuel, water and other electric power maintenance and installation majors. Undertake the maintenance work of the first 500MW unit in Henan and the first 135MW circulating fluidized bed unit in China. In recent years, the company has actively explored the market. It has successively completed maintenance projects such as Guodian Yuyuan Power Generation Co., Ltd., Lianzhou Lian Yue Power Plant Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Erdos Power Metallurgical Co., Ltd., Henan Blu-ray Environmental Protection Power Generation Co., Ltd., Jiaozuo Aiyiwan Power Generation Co., Ltd., Luoyang Yulong Yidian, Yuguang Zinc Industry, Nanyang Yahekou Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Kaifeng Guangming Power Generation Co., Ltd., and many times Luoyang Yongdian, Henan Zhongzhou Aluminum Factory, Jiaozuo Wanfang Power, Shenhuo Wanfo, Chinalco Zhongzhou Branch and Henan Xinzhong. From June 5th, 2006 to February, 2006, Xinxiang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. undertook the entrusted management project of heat pipe network operation and maintenance, and there was no quality and safety accident for two consecutive years, which was well received and fully affirmed by Party A.. In 2007, Shanxi Baode Shendong Power Generation Co., Ltd. 1# generator set was overhauled, and Shanxi Baode Shendong Power Generation Co., Ltd.' s No.2 generator set was overhauled. In 2008, Shenhua Shendong Coal-to-Liquid Self-provided Thermal Power Plant 1 generator set and No.0 boiler were overhauled, which won unanimous praise and affirmation from Party A. In June 2009, Shenhua Yili Energy Co., Ltd. completed the A-level overhaul project of No.2 generator set in the power plant. After the repair, the unit was successfully connected to the grid, which was commended by Party A. At present, the main contracted projects are: equipment maintenance of Shenhua Shendong Electric Power Co., Ltd.' s coal-to-liquid self-provided thermal power plant (3×440T/HCFB+2× 100MW direct air-cooled turbine generator set) and Shenhua Yili Energy Co., Ltd.' s 4×200MW direct air-cooled coal gangue (4× 690 t/HCFB+4×). Shenhua Yili Energy Co., Ltd. 4×200MW unit fuel operation management, Yangquan Nanmei Longchuan Power Generation Co., Ltd. operation technical service project, Xinxiang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. heat pipe network operation and maintenance entrusted management, etc. In August, 2009, Inner Mongolia Energy Power Investment Co., Ltd. will carry out the A-level maintenance project of Zhundai Power Plant # 1 unit.

Henan Huadian Huaxin Power Engineering Co., Ltd. has successfully completed 37 overhauls of 50MW units, 200MW units 12 overhauls and 135MW units in Xinxiang Thermal Power Plant, and successfully completed the specified standard projects, non-standard projects and technical transformation projects every time, which provided a strong guarantee for safe and civilized production of power plants. 1995, Xinxiang thermal power plant was named "double standard unit" by the state, and 1996 was named "leak-free factory" by the Ministry of Electric Power.
