Third, open recruitment procedures.

(1) Online Registration

This recruitment adopts online registration, online qualification preliminary examination and on-site qualification review after written examination.

1. Registration method

Candidates should log in to the open recruitment management system of Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau. Candidates who log in to the recruitment system for the first time must register new users first. 2. Registration procedure

(1) Submit the registration application.

Those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination can no longer apply for other positions. Those who fail in the preliminary qualification examination can be reported to other positions.

(3) For positions where the number of people to be recruited and the number of people who passed the preliminary examination of qualifications did not reach 1:3, the written test shall be taken according to the actual number of people who passed.

(4) Print the admission ticket

Candidates who pass the preliminary examination log in to the recruitment system to print the admission ticket.

(2) written examination

1. The written test is closed, out of 100. The written test score is not less than 60 points in principle. According to the ratio of the number of candidates to the number of interviewees 1:3, the interviewees are determined from high score to low score. In principle, those whose scores are lower than the qualified line cannot enter the interview, and those who fail to reach 1:3 will participate in the interview according to the actual number of people whose scores are not lower than the qualified line.

2. Time and place of written examination. See the admission ticket for details.

3. Check the results. Candidates can log in to the recruitment system to check their scores.

(3) On-site qualification examination

1. According to the ranking order of written test scores from high to low, the list of interview candidates is determined according to the ratio of 1:3. Candidates participating in the interview must conduct qualification review, including reviewing candidates' household registration, education, degree, relevant grade, education, qualification certificate, and proof of working years. Those who fail to pass the qualification examination can be reviewed in the order from high to low according to the written test scores (qualified written test scores).

2. Qualification materials

(1) The application form for open recruitment of staff in institutions of Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau is in duplicate and must be signed by myself;

(2) The original and two copies of the ID card;

(4) Interview

Candidates who have passed the qualification review and entered the interview, please log in to the recruitment system to inquire about the interview time, place and related requirements. Interview score 100%, qualified score 60. The interview will be recorded all the time.

For those who apply for medical positions (attachment 1), the interview mainly examines the candidates' medical professional knowledge and practical ability; Applicants for other positions (Annex 2) will be interviewed in a structured way.

The written test scores and interview scores are included in the comprehensive scores according to the weights of 40% and 60% respectively. The interview results and comprehensive scores will be publicized on the recruitment system for 7 working days.

(5) Physical examination, political examination and publicity.

After the interview, according to the ratio of each recruitment position 1: 1, among those who passed the interview, the candidates who participated in the physical examination were determined in the order of comprehensive scores. Physical examination must be carried out in a designated hospital. The medical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant medical examination standards of civil servants.

Those who pass the physical examination are listed as the objects of political examination, and the examination contents mainly include the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. According to the results of written examination, interview, physical examination and investigation, the personnel to be hired are determined. The proposed employment list will be publicized in the recruitment system for 7 working days. If there is no objection to the publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. Once the publicity begins, if the recruitment position is vacant again, it will not be replenished.

Applicants should cooperate with the completion of political examination, physical examination and transfer in accordance with the prescribed time limit and requirements. If the application is not completed within the prescribed time limit and requirements, the application qualification will be cancelled.

Recruiting units sign labor contracts with employees and implement probation period, which is implemented in accordance with relevant policies of Beijing labor contract system. Those who pass the examination after the probation period are re-employed and continue to be employed. The wages and benefits of the employed personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and Beijing institutions. Those who fail to pass the examination during the probation period will be disqualified and their files will be transferred to talent service institutions to choose their own jobs.

Four. Matters needing explanation

(a) candidates can only apply for a position in a unit, and the valid identity documents used in the registration and examination must be consistent.

(2) Candidates must provide true and effective personal information and certificates, certificates and other related materials. Qualification examination will run through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who does not meet the registration requirements or provides false information or forges relevant materials will be disqualified immediately upon discovery, and those who have gone through the formalities will be dismissed, and all the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the candidates themselves.

(3) The relevant arrangements, notices and announcements of this open recruitment written test and interview will be published on the recruitment system. Please pay attention to the candidates at any time to ensure that the phone number left by online registration is smooth. If the telephone contact is not smooth, the candidates themselves will be responsible for the consequences.
