Organize and implement urban and rural social insurance and supplementary insurance policies; supervise and inspect the collection, allocation, and operation of social insurance funds; be responsible for the organization and management of the appraisal of employees' work-related injuries, occupational diseases, or disability due to non-work-related injuries and the appraisal of labor ability; implement Policies to eliminate illegal use of child labor and special labor protection policies for female workers and underage workers.

(10) Responsible for the introduction of talents and foreign intelligence work in the county.
