1, check whether the safety lock of the electric hanging basket is flexible, and pull the pulley lightly without jamming.

2, check the electric hanging basket hoist, press the button, make the hoist idling, see whether the operation is normal, can not have noise and jam phenomenon.

3, electric hanging basket safety rope into the safety lock, and hang up the counterweight hammer. Start the hoist motor, thread the wire rope into the hoist, and the rope end should automatically come out of the rope outlet.

4, electric hanging basket equipment before installation must read the product manual, and the operator training, make the operator understand the working principle of the equipment, matters needing attention and safety operation procedures, without training shall not mount guard.

5. Assemble the hanging basket according to the schematic diagram of electric hanging basket. The counterweight iron shall be equipped with sufficient weight. The moment at the counterweight end shall be three times that of the electric hanging basket end (force× arm = moment), and all joints shall be firm and reliable.

Second, the safety inspection of electric hanging basket

Hanging baskets newly installed, overhauled, left idle for one year or stopped for more than two months must be inspected and accepted by trained full-time personnel before use.

Check content:

1, whether the main stressed components (suspension platform, suspension machine) are permanently deformed and whether there are cracks in the weld;

2. Whether the fasteners at the parts joint are lost or loose;

3. Whether the suspension mechanism is installed reliably and whether the counterweight meets the requirements;

4. Whether the wire rope is seriously corroded, loose, kinked or severely broken, and whether the wire rope clamping is correct and reliable;

5. Whether the electronic control system moves flexibly and whether the unlocking and locking functions are normal;

6. Whether the safety lock is flexible and whether the unlocking and locking functions are normal;

7, up and down (including manual downhill) operation is normal, electromagnetic brake clearance is in line with the requirements;

8. Whether the piece-by-piece operation is normal, whether the operation is blocked, whether there is abnormal sound, whether the motor is hot or smoking, and whether there is burning smell;

9. Whether the reducer and transmission device are filled or replaced with lubricating oil as required;

10, whether the stopper and wire rope hammer are installed as required.

Before the start of daily operations, the hanging basket operators must conduct daily inspections on the hanging basket, make records, and evaluate and deal with the equipment status of the hanging basket.

Periodic inspection

1 After the hanging basket works for a certain period of time, it should be checked regularly and recorded. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of broken wires, loose strands and bending. Those that meet the scrapping standards shall be scrapped instead.

2. After working for two months, conduct a comprehensive inspection according to the safety inspection requirements, and check the wear of the friction plate of the electromagnetic brake and the damage of the cable.

3. The safety lock must be tested and calibrated every six months. If the user does not have the conditions, it should be sent to the manufacturer for testing and calibration.

4, safety lock after each use, should add antirust oil, remain flexible.

5, hoist transmission must be replaced after the first use of three months, then add lubricating oil once a month, change lubricating oil once every six months.

6, safety lock moving parts add lubricating oil once a month.

7, electrical wiring, electrical components and wire joints must be kept dry and clean, can not have grease.

8, in the process of safety, regular inspection and operation every day, found fault, wear or abnormality, should immediately stop using, by full-time personnel for maintenance, it is strictly prohibited to "sick" using hanging basket.

9. When all stressed parts and wearing parts reach the scrapping standard, they should be scrapped and replaced.

10, establish the hanging basket equipment file, and keep the hanging basket intact.

Third, the emergency treatment of electric hanging basket

1, sudden power failure during construction.

In case of sudden power failure during construction, immediately cut off the power switch of the electric box to prevent accidents during power transmission, then turn off the power switch after receiving the call notice, and start working after checking that it is normal.

If you need to return to the ground after power failure, you should lift the manual sliding handle of the hoist motor at both ends at the same time, so that the suspension platform can slide freely to the ground.

2. The suspension platform cannot stop during lifting.

In the process of lifting, if the suspension platform cannot stop after releasing the button, please immediately press the red emergency stop switch on the door of the electric box to make the suspension platform stop urgently. Then cut off the power switch of the electric box, check the contact condition of the contactor, and clean up the oil dirt and impurities attached to the contactor surface. After the contactor can resume normal operation by hand, close the power switch and turn the emergency stop switch to restore it to its original position, and then continue to work. If the fault cannot be eliminated, the power switch should be cut off, and the suspended platform should be lowered to the ground by manual sliding for maintenance.

3, the safety lock in the work without manual operation.

Its function is to automatically lock the hanging basket on the safety wire rope when the lifting system fails, so as to prevent the hanging basket from descending and ensure the safety of man and machine. When troubleshooting, you need to reopen the security lock. First of all, lift the hanging basket slightly upward to loosen the safety lock slightly, and then pull the opening handle to open the safety lock. It is forbidden to pull the open handle when the safety wire rope is tight, so as not to damage the safety lock. Do not start the machine to descend after the safety lock is locked, which will easily cause serious damage to the hoist.

4, working wire rope stuck in the hoist.

When the working wire rope is stuck in the hoist, stop immediately. Repeated lifting or lowering for forced release is strictly prohibited. Under the condition of ensuring safety, evacuate the construction personnel in the hanging basket and send professionally trained maintenance personnel into the hanging basket for maintenance. Firstly, both ends of the safety wire rope are wound on the mounting frame of the hoist, and both ends of the safety wire rope are fastened with rope buckles. Then loosen the protection rings of the swing arm rollers of the two safety locks, and disconnect the working wire rope from the rollers, so that the safety locks at both ends are in the rope locking state. After taking the above safety measures, remove the hoist for inspection and exit the stuck wire rope. If necessary, cut off the faulty wire rope and open the hoist box cover for inspection, and carefully take out the wire rope left in the hoist. At the same time, replace the new wire rope at the corresponding position of the suspension mechanism, put the replaced wire rope down again and thread it into the winch to tighten the wire rope, then put the working wire rope into the roller groove of the swing arm of the safety lock, install the protection ring, lift the suspension platform about 0.5 meters after the safety lock is opened, remove the rope buckle on the safety wire rope, put the safety wire rope in the suspension position, and then lower the suspension platform to the ground, and continue to use it after strict inspection and maintenance by the winch.

5. When the working wire rope breaks.

When the working wire rope at one end of the suspension platform is broken, the suspension platform inclines, and the safety lock automatically closes when it reaches a certain inclined position, locking the suspension platform on the safety wire rope. At this point, the construction personnel in the suspension platform should keep calm, and it is forbidden to run and jump in the suspension, and handle it according to the emergency measures when the working wire rope is stuck in the hoist.
