Foshan Shunde District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, due to work needs, has decided to openly recruit 46 staff members from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment principles and methods
Adhere to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity, and in accordance with the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection", the best candidates will be admitted after procedures such as registration, qualification review, written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, and publicity.
2. Recruitment positions and conditions

(3) Registration methods and requirements
Applicants must provide originals and copies of application forms, employment recommendation forms (for fresh graduates), resident ID cards, household registers, academic degree certificates, relevant certificates and other materials, as well as recent small-inch color photos with no hat on the front 2 photos. 4. Examination Matters
1. Written test. Applicants who meet the requirements after the qualification review can take the written test. The written test will assess the comprehensive ability of the candidates according to the requirements of the recruitment position. The specific time and location of the written test will be determined separately. The full score of the written examination is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. After the written test, the interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of candidates based on their written test scores. When the number of people who have passed the minimum qualifying score for the recruitment position cannot reach the ratio of 1:3, interviews will be conducted with those who have passed the minimum qualifying score.
2. Interview. The interview is mainly to evaluate the candidate's comprehensive quality and professional ability. The specific interview time and location will be determined separately. The full interview score is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. Those whose interview scores are lower than 60 points will not be included in the actual operation test. After the interview, the written test score accounts for 30% and the interview score accounts for 30%. The test subtotal score is synthesized. According to the order of the test subtotal score, the actual operation test objects are determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruits.
3. Practical operation test. The actual operation test is mainly based on actual skill practice or scenario simulation assessment based on the needs of the position, and lasts for two weeks. The full score of the practical operation test is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. Those whose actual operation test scores are lower than 60 points shall not be included in the physical examination objects. If there are abstentions, candidates can be replaced in sequence based on the test subtotal scores (written test + interview scores). It is up to the unit to decide whether to replace the candidate.
4. After the practical test, the comprehensive score will be calculated according to the proportion of written test score accounting for 30%, interview score accounting for 30%, and practical operation test score accounting for 40%.
5. Physical examination and examination
Candidates who pass the examination will be selected for physical examination and assessment in the order of their comprehensive scores in equal numbers according to the number of recruits.
The physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the "Notice on the Issuance of the Implementation Rules for the Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)" (Guangdong People's Society Fa [2010] No. 382), and the inspection standards are in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province" (Trial Implementation) Notice" (Guangdong People's Society Fa [2010] No. 276) is implemented. Those who fail the physical examination or inspection can be replaced by replacement candidates. It is up to the unit to decide whether to submit candidates for physical examination, inspection and recruitment.
6. Recruitment
Based on the candidates’ overall scores, physical examination, and inspection results, the unit will formulate the candidates and publish the list of candidates on the relevant website. Seven working days after the announcement of the candidates to be recruited, if there is no objection, the recruitment process will be entered.
7. Management and treatment of employed personnel
1. Staff members who are hired after examination shall sign relevant employment contracts with Foshan Shunde District Maternal and Child Health Hospital and enjoy the wages of corresponding positions in the unit. Benefits.
