1, on-site inspection, on-site work under the guidance of the resident supervision engineer;

2. Check the quality of tunnel excavation and support, check the safe distance, monitor the measuring points, excavate the bottom plate (inverted arch) basement, check the lining waterproofing and steel bar installation, side inverted arch or lining concrete pouring, advance support and early support shotcrete, and report to the special supervisor if it does not meet the design or specification;

3. The supervision diary (log) records ① construction, ② supervision work, ③ on-site safety and quality, ④ learning superior documents, and ⑤ superior leaders checking problems and rectifying and closing.
