Nursery needs the following conditions:

Where a nursery institution has a canteen to provide catering services, it shall conscientiously implement various food safety requirements in accordance with the relevant provisions. Measures for the administration of health care in nurseries and kindergartens

Nursery institutions shall employ health care personnel who meet the requirements of the state. Health care personnel include doctors, nurses and health workers.
