What are the requirements for child care institutions?

Nursery needs the following conditions:

1, in line with the development plan of child care;

2. Have a fixed place and supporting facilities;

3, there are corresponding fixed assets and liquidity;

4. There are pre-school professional managers who meet the requirements of the administrative department of education and preside over the daily management of kindergartens;

5. Meet other conditions stipulated by relevant national laws and regulations.

Where a nursery institution has a canteen to provide catering services, it shall conscientiously implement various food safety requirements in accordance with the relevant provisions. Food and drug supervision and management departments and other departments responsible for the supervision and management of catering services shall strengthen the guidance, supervision and inspection of food safety in kindergartens according to law.

Measures for the administration of health care in nurseries and kindergartens

Nursery institutions shall employ health care personnel who meet the requirements of the state. Health care personnel include doctors, nurses and health workers.

Doctors working in the health room shall obtain the practicing certificate of doctors issued by the administrative department of health, and nurses shall obtain the practicing certificate of nurses.

Health care personnel working in the health care room should have a high school education or above, have been trained in health care professional knowledge, have basic knowledge of kindergarten health care, and master skills such as disinfection, infectious disease management and nutritious diet management.
