5. Earnestly implement social security subsidies and post subsidies, and actively create favorable conditions for all types of employers to recruit laid-off workers. 6. Actively hold a symposium on laid-off workers, do everything possible to broaden employment channels, and strive to realize the ideological transformation and re-employment of laid-off workers.
