Hegang Mining has not been compiled. Hegang Mining is a private enterprise. Private enterprises are not prepared. There may have been before, but with the promotion of enterprise system reform, reorganization or merger, the establishment has become less and less in enterprises, which will probably become the only feature of state-owned enterprises.
