Candidates at the Yichang Registration Point:

The 2019 Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination Certificate will begin to be processed on July 13, 2020. The certificate processing can be divided into "on-site processing" or "online processing" This method is notified as follows:

1. On-site application

1. Information to be submitted:

Candidate’s original ID card.

If you need to collect the certificate on your behalf, the agent must present the original ID card and the original ID card of the candidate.

2. On-site certification time schedule:

Starting from July 13, 2020 (excluding weekends and holidays)

Morning: 8:30-12: 00pm: 14:30-18:00

3. On-site certificate application address:

Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Building, No. 43 Yanjiang Avenue, Xiling District, Yichang City (to the ramp of the Xiyang River Bridge , next to Three Gorges Tobacco) Office No. 203.

4. Bus route for on-site permit application: Take bus No. 6 in the city and get off at Yihua Building Station and go straight for about 1,000 meters; take bus No. 11 or 25 in the city and get off at Beimen Waizhengjie Station Just get off the bus.

2. Online application

Login method: Hubei Government Service Network (/)-Yichang City-Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau-Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Certificate Management Service-Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Certificate Processing - Online processing - "This matter supports postal express delivery approval results, does it need to be mailed?" - Select "No" - Submit - Wait for the offline postal EMS delivery certificate. (Do not pay online!)

After successful review, the Municipal Personnel Examination Institute will mail the certificate to the candidate, and the mailing fee will be payable.
