The Haiheng Community Management Committee was established on February 6, 2005. The community is located in the northeast corner of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, bounded by National Highway 312 in the north, Jinxiu Avenue in the south, Tiandu Road in the west, and Tiandu Road in the east. Beijing-Taiwan Expressway is the east gate of Hefei Economic Development Zone.
