The third production of Dongxin Oil Production Plant is called Shengli Oilfield Xinda Pipe Company. In 2004, the labor service company, agricultural and sideline company and industrial development company of Dongxin Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield were jointly established, and the Xinda Pipeline Company of Shengli Oilfield led by Wu Yongtai was established (the third production of Dongxin Oil Production Plant). These three companies have been reorganized and merged to form this limited liability enterprise.
