Due to the need of work, Fujian Rural Credit Cooperatives Association plans to openly hire legal counsel for 2022-2023 to provide legal services. The relevant information is hereby announced as follows:

I. Application conditions

1. The residence of the law firm is in the downtown area of Fuzhou (Gulou District, Taijiang District, Cangshan District, Jinan District and Mawei District);

2. Be able to set up a relatively fixed team of excellent lawyers with no less than 3 people to ensure the quality of legal services;

3. The law firm and its lawyers have no criminal record, and have not been punished by the judicial administrative department or the industry association in the past 5 years;

4. Familiar with banking business, and have experience and achievements as legal advisers in financial institutions above districts and cities.

Second, the service content

(1) Daily legal consultation

Provide oral or written legal advice on business development, corporate governance, department construction and other related legal affairs, and answer legal advice.

(2) Legal review

1. Legal review of commercial contract texts (including standard contracts).

2. Legal review of major commercial contracts and rules and regulations.

3. Documents requiring legal review in case of emergency;

4. Other contracts or documents that need to be reviewed.

(3) Providing legal advice

1. Attend important meetings, witness by lawyers, etc. According to the needs, provide legal advice on the legal issues involved and avoid legal risks.

2. Participate in the planning and operation of major projects as required, provide legal advice for major decisions, and conduct legal analysis and demonstration of major business activities.

3. For related debt disputes or other legal issues, xxxx shall be conducted to relevant departments according to authorization, or a dunning letter or lawyer's letter shall be issued to a third party.

4. Participate in and assist in foreign negotiations and signing contracts as required, and explain, explain and solve relevant legal problems.

(4) Training in laws and regulations

1. Assist in the training of financial laws and regulations (including but not limited to the training of rural credit system in the whole province, etc. ) at least twice a year.

Third, the service mode.

(2) Remote service. According to the requirements of Fujian Rural Credit Cooperatives Union, legal affairs are entrusted to issue legal opinions within a limited time by means of e-mail, fax and telephone.

Fourth, the service period.

Fujian Rural Credit Cooperative Association signed a legal service contract with the law firm where the proposed legal adviser is located, with the contract term of 1 year. (2) Review

(3) communication

Invite the law firms with the top three evaluation scores to have on-site communication with Fujian Rural Credit Cooperatives, and the on-site communication personnel must be a team of lawyers who intend to provide legal services for Fujian Rural Credit Cooperatives. Comprehensive score = evaluation score *50%+ communication score *50%. Fujian Rural Credit Cooperatives Association will sign a legal service contract with comprehensive scoring law firm, with the contract term of 1 year.
