Latest regulations on decoration construction time of Foshan residential quarters

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China issued the Notice on Strengthening the Management of Residential Decoration, which stipulated the time limit for residential decoration construction:

1, the construction area is less than or equal to 100 square meters (including 100 square meters), and the renovation construction time shall not exceed 60 days.

2. For residential buildings with a construction area of over 100 square meter, the renovation and construction time shall not exceed 90 days. At the same time, the notice also stipulates the time period of residential decoration construction, that is, construction can be carried out between 8:00- 18:00 on weekdays, and construction is not allowed on weekends and legal holidays. In addition, residential decoration construction should comply with relevant national codes and standards, and effective measures should be taken to reduce the impact of construction on surrounding residents.
