The enterprise has a special concrete laboratory.

Three-level qualification standard

There are not less than 8 engineers and economic managers with professional titles in the enterprise, including not less than 5 engineers and technicians; Engineering and technical personnel, with intermediate or above titles of not less than 2 people. 3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than100000 yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are more than120000 yuan. 4. The highest annual project settlement income of the enterprise in recent 3 years exceeds150,000 yuan. 5. Equipped with 1 mixing system above 30m3/h, not less than 5 concrete transport vehicles and not less than 1 auxiliary pump. 6. The enterprise has a special concrete laboratory.

Scope of contracted projects

Secondary enterprise: it can produce concrete and special concrete with various strength grades. Grade III enterprise: able to produce concrete with strength grade of C60 and below. Note: Second-and third-class enterprises can also run small prefabricated components such as square bricks, kerbs, isolation piers, floor tiles, floral decorations and grass-planting bricks.

Then the qualification application materials are as follows

1) Comprehensive data (Volume I):

1, a copy of the business license of the enterprise as a legal person;

2. Original and photocopy of enterprise qualification certificate;

3. Articles of association;

4, the enterprise nearly three years of the province's construction industry statistics (online reporting version);

5. The audited financial statements of the enterprise in the last three years (issued by the audit firm);

6. The certificate and identity certificate of the legal representative of the enterprise;

7. The identity certificate, professional title certificate, employment documents and relevant qualification standards of the enterprise manager and technical and financial person in charge representing the project performance;

8. If there are requirements for equipment and workshop, relevant certificates such as equipment purchase invoice or lease contract, house property certificate or workshop lease contract, and other materials required by relevant qualification standards shall be provided;

9, enterprise safety production license (labor subcontracting enterprises, concrete precast component enterprises, ready-mixed commercial concrete and other enterprises can not provide).

Among them, enterprises applying for qualification for the first time need not provide the materials mentioned in items 2, 4, 5 and 9 above, but should provide documents such as enterprise safety production management system.

Safety production management system should include safety production responsibility system, safety production prevention and treatment system, safety production inspection system and safety production reward and punishment system.

1, the identity certificate and registration certificate of the registered personnel listed in the application form for qualification of construction enterprises;

2. The professional title certificate required by the qualification standards of construction enterprises, the identity certificate of unregistered professional and technical personnel, and the endowment insurance certificate of senior and middle-level professional and technical personnel (the receipt of unit endowment insurance payment within six months from the date of application and the details of the payer issued by the Social Security Bureau);

3. Some qualification standards require enterprises to have professional title certificates, identity certificates and endowment insurance certificates of special professional and technical personnel, and also provide corresponding graduation certificates and certification materials reflecting professional performance;

4. The subcontracting enterprise shall provide the post certificates and identity certificates of the personnel required by the standards.

5. To apply for additional qualification, the registration certificate of the registered personnel required for the main qualification shall be provided;

(3) Engineering performance data (not provided when applying for the lowest level qualification) (Volume III):

1, engineering contract, bid-winning notice;

2, in line with the provisions of the state completion acceptance list (record) or quality inspection data;

3. If the above information can't reflect the technical indicators, it should also provide engineering photos, drawings, final accounts, design review certificates and main design documents (plan, profile or process flow chart) that reflect the technical indicators.
