Qitaihe Bus Terminal Project started on September 14, 2020, and fully resumed on March 15, 2026. Qitaihe introduction

Qitaihe, also known as Coal City, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Province. Qitaihe River is located in the center of the urban agglomeration in the east of Heilongjiang Province. Jiamu high-speed railway, Jiamu railway, Heda expressway, Yiqi expressway and Raogai highway run through the whole territory, connecting with the provincial capital and surrounding cities and counties, and forming a regional strategic cooperation city with 14 cities (states) in the northeast. Qitaihe area is one of the birthplaces of Sioux protoss. It used to be the seat of the former Jidong Provincial Party Committee and its headquarters.

Qitaihe has two national forest parks, namely, Xida Circle and Shilongshan, and Taoshan Lake National Wetland Park. Qitaihe is a representative city of short track speed skating in China, which has trained Jason, Yang Yang, Wang Meng, Fan Kexin and other 10 world short track speed skating champions.
