Eight measures for the future

1. Introduce policies. We have formulated supplementary opinions on service guarantee "grasping prevention and control to promote development" and implementing "37 articles on talent ecology", and issued policies on talents with high gold content, such as giving rental subsidies to fresh college students, giving priority to high-level talents to buy houses, raising the subsidy standard for high-level talents to buy houses, increasing the construction of special rental houses for talents, implementing special awards for high-level talents, and strengthening the service of attracting anti-epidemic talents.

2. Conduct a cloud recruitment. The "Hangzhou to the Future" high-level talent recruitment fair was launched, and 1000 key talent units set up more than 20,000 talent positions for recruitment, and top talents were blessed. Academician Yongfeng Shang, Academician Shi, Academician Wang Jianyu, Academician Dieter of the German Academy of Sciences, Mai Jia, winner of Mao Dun Literature Award, Lang Lang, ambassador of Hangzhou of China Grand Canal, Fang Yi, a representative of young entrepreneurs, and Viya, a celebrity of cultural network, spoke for the recruitment and training of talents in Hangzhou.

3. release a blockbuster. We will produce and publish a promotional film to attract global talents in Hangzhou, show the world the ecological environment of talents and the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship in Hangzhou, and attract talents from home and abroad to develop in Hangzhou.

4. Select a team. Focusing on the development needs of key industries in Hangzhou, we organized a cloud review of talent plans such as leading innovation and entrepreneurship teams, and selected a number of leading talents and teams for Hangzhou to promote epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development.

5. Hold large-scale competitions. "Maker World 2020 Hangzhou Overseas High-level Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition" was launched globally, and the combination of "independent topic selection" and "unveiling" attracted high-level talents and teams at home and abroad to bring high-tech projects to Hangzhou for innovation and entrepreneurship.

6. Launch the talent card. Coordinate and integrate talent-related services, develop functions such as financial support, children's education, medical health, recreation and sports, transportation, online communication (classroom) and consulting services, and launch a "talent card (code)" to provide integrated, intelligent and whole-process quality services for talents.

7. Organize a cloud enjoyment meeting. Hold "Fighting Epidemic and Promoting Development-Hangzhou Talent Achievement Cloud Sharing Meeting", focusing on the latest achievements of Hangzhou talent platform and experts in epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic, basic research, achievement transformation, entrepreneurial innovation and so on.

8. Landing a batch of attractive results. Systematically sort out the talents, platforms and projects recently introduced and negotiated by various units in our city. By holding a "cloud promotion meeting for key talent projects" and other means, we will promptly promote a number of key talents, platforms and projects to land as soon as possible and play an early role.
