6. Launch the talent card. Coordinate and integrate talent-related services, develop functions such as financial support, children's education, medical health, recreation and sports, transportation, online communication (classroom) and consulting services, and launch a "talent card (code)" to provide integrated, intelligent and whole-process quality services for talents.

7. Organize a cloud enjoyment meeting. Hold "Fighting Epidemic and Promoting Development-Hangzhou Talent Achievement Cloud Sharing Meeting", focusing on the latest achievements of Hangzhou talent platform and experts in epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic, basic research, achievement transformation, entrepreneurial innovation and so on.

8. Landing a batch of attractive results. Systematically sort out the talents, platforms and projects recently introduced and negotiated by various units in our city. By holding a "cloud promotion meeting for key talent projects" and other means, we will promptly promote a number of key talents, platforms and projects to land as soon as possible and play an early role.
