What is the QC process of inspection in handbag factory?

Responsibilities: The materials produced by the factory must be qualified in quality and accurate in quantity; Check the information, appearance, performance and size of the product to ensure the use of the product in the hands of consumers.

1. After receiving the inspection notice, first understand the contents to be inspected; Quantity, customer's requirements for quality (if the factory can't provide relevant information), and the basic situation of the product.

2. The merchant will provide the contact information and address of the factory to confirm whether the factory has completed the quantity in advance, and then confirm the inspection date after the product passes (the inspection date can be set about two working days before the shipment date to avoid having time to rework after the product is returned without affecting the delivery date).

3. Confirm with the factory before shipment, and ask the factory to prepare relevant inspection fixtures in advance (to avoid wasting unnecessary time after arriving at the factory).

4. After arriving at the factory, first count the quantity in line with the order, and average it when sampling according to AQL level 2 (except customer-defined level). Secondly, check the information on the outer box, bar code, shipping mark, clear printed font and correct content, and make sure that the product is consistent with the information. Then, check the appearance, size, performance and packaging of the product again. And record the bad phenomenon, even if the product is bad, it should be marked (convenient for final confirmation). 5. The whole inspection site should be neat and orderly.

6. After product inspection, make an inspection report for the goods, and let the person in charge sign it, and both parties shall keep one copy. If the bad phenomenon has reached the return standard, a report should also be written and signed. If the bad phenomenon has reached the return standard, take photos and keep a copy and bring it back to the company for feedback.
