The details of the relevant regulations on the payment of wages for the thirteenth month are as follows:
1. The thirteenth month’s wages are incentive wages. Those who have passed the annual assessment in 2013 or above are in the human resources and social security system. It can only be issued after approval and review by the bureau;
2. It will not be issued to those who basically pass the annual assessment, fail to pass the annual assessment, and those whose grades are not determined due to the disciplinary review and assessment;

The Labor Law does not stipulate the time for payment of wages. The specific payment date is determined by the employer and the employee through consultation. However, the agreement cannot violate the principle that wages should be paid at least once a month. If there is a holiday or rest day, payment should be made in advance on the nearest working day. Those who implement the weekly, daily, and hourly wage system can pay wages on a weekly, daily, and hourly basis.

Article 48 The state implements a minimum wage guarantee system. The specific standards of minimum wages shall be stipulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and shall be reported to the State Council for filing.
The wages paid by employers to workers shall not be lower than the local minimum wage.
