The fees for property management services in ordinary residential areas consist of: (1) Salaries of management and service personnel and welfare fees withdrawn in accordance with regulations; (2) Security fees; (3) Greening management fees; (4 ) Cleaning and hygiene expenses; (5) Office expenses; (6) Depreciation of fixed assets of the property management unit; (7) Daily operation, repair and maintenance expenses of public facilities and equipment; (8) Compensation for material consumption of service projects . Charging standards for property management services in ordinary residential areas: Housing with one bedroom and one living room or less: 9 yuan per household per month; Households with two bedrooms and one living room: 10 yuan per household per month; Houses with two bedrooms, two living rooms and three bedrooms and one living room Households: 11 yuan per household per month; households with three bedrooms and two living rooms and four bedrooms and one living room: 12 yuan per household per month; households with four bedrooms and two living rooms or more: 13 yuan per household per month. The above charges include sanitation fees for bagged garbage.
