This time, the national comprehensive fire rescue team recruited 17,625 firefighters (all male), including: 12,600 fire rescue teams, 5,000 forest fire rescue teams, 25 China Fire Rescue Academy; and 6,279 recent college graduates. , 5673 retired soldiers and 5673 young people. 1. National Firefighter Registration Method:

Firefighter recruitment adopts the online registration method, and the qualification review is conducted through online preliminary review and on-site review.

(1) Online registration. Recruitment candidates can log in to the National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team Firefighter Recruitment Platform to check and browse recruitment information and register.

Recruitment candidates can also go to the detachments, brigades, and fire rescue stations (squadrons) of the national comprehensive fire rescue team to receive promotional materials and fill in the registration information online on site. Recruitment candidates must print the admission ticket with their registered account and password, and check the recruitment progress. Please remember this.

(2) Online preliminary review. During the online registration period, each provincial firefighter recruitment office will simultaneously conduct a preliminary review of the registration information of the recruitment candidates. In principle, the registration information will be completed within 5 working days after submission. Applicants who have left the job without justifiable reasons after being hired and registered in previous firefighter recruitments, or who have failed the political assessment re-examination, will not be approved in the initial review. After passing the online preliminary review, in principle, the registration information cannot be modified.

(3) On-site review. Recruitment candidates shall be based on the results of the online preliminary review and in accordance with the requirements of the notice of the provincial firefighter recruitment office. They must bring their original ID cards (residence certificates), household registers, graduation certificates (degree certificates), retirement certificates, meritorious service and awards and other certificates and certificates. Copies will be submitted for on-site review. Full-time government firefighters and full-time government forestry firefighters whose age has been relaxed to 24 years old must provide proof of their actual fire rescue work experience of more than 2 years, labor contracts, and social security payment materials.

Those who pass the review must carefully read the "National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team Firefighter Recruitment Information Form for 2022" and sign the "National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team Firefighter Recruitment Registration Form" confirm. Those who refuse to sign will be disqualified from registration. If the registration information is false or does not meet the recruitment requirements, the review will not be approved.

2. Contents of the National Firefighter Examination

Recruitment candidates who have passed the qualification review will take the physical examination, political assessment, physical fitness test and job adaptability test with their ID cards and admission tickets. The specific sequence, time, location and other arrangements for the psychological test and interview will be released by the provincial firefighter recruitment office.

(1) Physical examination. It will be conducted at designated comprehensive hospitals at or above the municipal level. The standards will be implemented in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards for Citizens Recruited (Ground Service Personnel)". Those who fail to pass the examination will not be recruited.

If the recruitment candidates have questions about the physical examination results and apply for re-examination, they can undergo a re-examination with the consent of the provincial firefighter recruitment office, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion; for Items that can affect the test results through taking drugs or other treatments will not be retested. Based on the special requirements of the fire rescue profession, those who have been assessed as having a disability level and have treatment records for serious injuries and illnesses, etc. who are not suitable for fire rescue work will not be recruited.

(2) Political assessment. Refer to the requirements for political assessment for conscription.

(3) Physical fitness test and job adaptability test. Implemented in accordance with the "National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team 2022 Firefighter Recruitment Physical Fitness Test, Job Adaptability Test Projects and Standards". The physical fitness test is quantitatively scored, and the effective score for each item is 1 to 15 points (those without valid scores will not be admitted), with a maximum total score of 40 points. The individual scores of the job adaptability test must be above the "average" standard.

(4) Psychological tests and interviews. The psychological test is conducted using the Firefighter Recruitment Psychological Test System, and the system automatically determines "passed" or "unqualified". The interview is implemented with reference to the public recruitment practices of public institutions, and quantitative scoring is implemented. The full score is 100 points, and those with less than 60 points are "unqualified". If one of the psychological test and interview results is "unqualified", the applicant will not be admitted.
